Dear Goodwill Family,
In these uncertain times, we continue to keep our shoppers, our donors, our teams, and our participants at the heart of every decision we make. We are closely evaluating the ever-evolving situation and following guidance from public health officials and government agencies to inform difficult but important decisions. To that end, I’d like to share an update on how we are continuing to adapt in order to protect your health & safety.
We have decided our stores and business offices will remain temporarily closed in response to the Governor of Massachusetts recently extending the order for all nonessential business to remain closed through May 4th. We are hopeful we will be able to reopen shortly thereafter, however we will be sure to keep you informed every step of the way.
I want you to know that we will press forward with careful consideration at every turn and optimism for the time when we can safely welcome back our teams and invite our communities back to Goodwill. Until then, let’s take good care of each other.
With Sincere Regards,
David K. Twiggs, Jr.
