Function as a business partner working in collaboration with the Leadership team toward organizational success. Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the company’s mission. Direct the activities of the Human Resource department including, training, compensation, employee relations, benefits, legal, employee activities, safety, and risk management, management of recruiting, and coordination, wage administration, analysis of job descriptions and performance appraisals, employee counseling and coaching, ensures compliance with local, state and federal employment laws and regulations, succession planning, safety policy/practices and employee; participant and visitor security and regulatory/accreditation Human Resource standards. Supervises all Safety and Health requirements of Accreditation services and maintains document files of activities.
Salary $75,000-$95,000 -
Goodwill's Mission is to build pathways to help individuals pursue their goals through employment, career development, and community support programs. The Employment Specialist is a part of the Mission Services Team. In this role, the Employment Specialist will work in our Career Centers and attend meetings and events in the community. Employment Specialists play a key role in helping program participants to gain an understanding of workplace expectations, explore their professional preferences, and gain the skills needed to obtain and maintain employment in the field and role of their choice.

The Mission Services Administrative Assistant will work with the Mission Services team to assist in providing services to community members who inquire about or enlist the services of Goodwill Industries of the Berkshires and Southern Vermont, Inc. Goodwill Mission is to build pathways to help individuals pursue their goals through employment, career development, and community support programs.
In this role, the Administrative Assistant will learn all aspects of Mission Services and provide support in a variety of ways including data entry, quality assurance auditing, community engagement, engagement with program participants, and preparing program activities.

The Senior Retail Store Manager will support and assist the Director of Retail Operations and the Senior Director of Retail Operations through the achievement of the goal objectives. Provides oversight of two or more retail stores along with maintaining compliance of Goodwill’s policies and procedures. This position supervises: Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Keyholders, Sales Associates, Processors, Participants, and Volunteers. Salary: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

The Mission Services Supervisor of Supported Employees Programs will work with the Mission Services team to assist in providing services to community members who become competitively employed at Goodwill, or are part of Youth Works. In this role the employee will learn all aspects of Mission Services with a focus on coaching and monitoring the activities of our supported employment individual.
