What is Goodwill's return policy?

Purchases will be final - no returns/exchanges on all clothing, furniture, linen, books, jewelry, and housewares. If you find any damaged merchandise please notify a Goodwill staff member to allow us to determine if the merchandise is still fit for sale. Only electronics and audio/visual merchandise that are not in working condition will be available for return or exchange within 5 days of purchase with the receipt.
